Advance purchases (pre-sale) can be made for Never Say Die products that have not yet been bottled. The buyer acknowledges and understands that they must wait until the purchased products are bottled and available for shipment. The purpose of pre-sale is to reserve bottles of whiskey that are still aging in barrels. The delay is to further mature the whiskey, and thus the buyer benefits by receiving a better product upon delivery. Never Say Die will collect the shipping, tax and product costs at the time of pre-purchase, all of which are fully refundable until the product has been shipped.


Advance purchases are eligible for full refund any time before the item is shipped.  Once products have been shipped, they may still be refunded, less all applicable shipping, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the taste of spirits is subjective and as such we cannot offer returns for any spirits that do not meet your expectations in terms of taste or smell. 

Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to support@neversaydiebourbon.com

E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), prior to your order being shipped out, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.  However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@neversaydiebourbon.com


We only ship products within the U.K., and to be shipped our products, a purchaser must provide an eligible physical address.  Any purchase made without an eligible, acceptable address within the U.K. will be fully refunded, and NSD Spirits (the seller) reserves the right to cancel and refund any purchase that does not have an eligible address that is acceptable to NSD Spirits.
